CPA Ontario Showcase

CPA Ontario, also known as the Chartered Professional Accountant of Ontario founded in 2014, serves and supports 100,000 members and 21,000 students in their qualification and professional development in a wide range of positions in public accounting, business, finance, government, not-for-profit and academia.

Showcase is an annual video competition that provides CPA members a chance to win the top prize of $1000, plus a $75 e-gift card for their teacher and class plaque. The contest will be open until May 14, 2023. The theme for the 2022-2023 competition is, “Is artificial intelligence (AI) good or bad for society or business and why?”

Psychnovation Initiative Research Team

Psychnovation Initiative is an organization that aims to create educational Opportunities for the Global Community and advocate mental health.

Now, their research team seeks individuals from any field that is ready to actively engage in our team to receive credits. The team will include carrying out joint research in collaboration with other members, colleges and organisation as well as publishing them with credits given to everyone that made an impact during the course of all research.

ThinkTank 2022: Challenge Your Thinking

Are you looking to challenge your perspective? Network with youth in Markham? Markham Mayor's Youth Council is hosting ThinkTank 2022: Challenge Your Thinking!

The event is on Saturday, January 7th from 6-9PM, in-person at Cornell Community Centre. Students can benefit from meeting speakers from different backgrounds and talk about their challenges and experiences.
